I submitted an uprgrade request to USACYCLING and have not recieved a response from them. I called their office and was told to contact the local office to have the upgrade made official. Is that correct? If not what should I do. I would like to compete in the Jan 2010 Tour of the Bahamas and need to be a Cat 4 minimum.
